A web connection transfers footages from the client’s cameras to remote screens located at our monitoring centre. If an event is detected, our monitoring centre is alerted.
An Operator will handle received video alarms alerts and evaluate what is happening on-site using LIVE footage. Our operative will respond to the footage according to client requirements even reporting the incident to the police if required.
The solution can be extended with normal cameras, both internally and externally.
